			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We’re offering a solid Mahogany Gate Leg Table. It’s a very slim table when closed but the leg swings out like a gate and the side lifts up to form a much larger table. Using one leaf it would open to 17”. With both leaves up it would open to 27”x 42”. Perfect for a smaller area but great for company when you need a bigger table. The condition is excellent with original finish. Circa 1910.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Walnut drop leaf 19th Century Breakfast table. The table is horizontal with the leaves down &amp; once you pull out the wooden supports it becomes round. Signed by the crafter man Fertig &amp; Wilson &amp; also the refinisher J. T. Rookwell.<br />
The table has two drawers &amp; a bulbous pedestal. It’s in wonderful original condition.</p>
